Find answers to questions
The library staff can answer reference questions in person, by phone at 712-664-2983, by fax at 712-664-2577, or by email at email@example.com. In person reference requests and users at the front desk will take precedence over telephone requests. Questions are answered anytime the library is open. If you fax or email the library while it is closed, staff will answer your questions the next time the library is open. Some reference questions that take more searching may take longer to answer. At particular busy times, we may ask for your name and contact information and answer your qestion at a later time. If you have a deadline for the information, please let us know when you ask your question. If the answer cannot be found using in-house library resources or the Internet, the request will be sent to the back-up reference service in Northwest Library Service Area.
